Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unwashed condition.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Ship and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund once it arrives at our warehouse.
